By accessing or using FedJobs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FedJobs is operated as an unregistered trade name. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FedJobs.
FedJobs is a web-based tool that helps users search federal job listings sourced from USAJOBS, analyze job fit using AI, and generate federal-style resumes. FedJobs is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. federal government or the Office of Personnel Management.
FedJobs does not guarantee employment, job placement, interview invitations, or any specific outcome from use of the Service. AI-generated resume content, fit scores, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use FedJobs. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@fedjobs.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
FedJobs offers a paid Pro subscription at $19.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize FedJobs to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payment is processed by RevenueCat and Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which you will retain Pro access until that period expires. FedJobs does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription fees already charged. All sales are final.
You agree not to use FedJobs to: (a) submit false or misleading information on resumes or applications; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. FedJobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design, code, and materials on FedJobs are the property of FedJobs and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Resume content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service you grant FedJobs a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
FedJobs integrates with third-party services including USAJOBS, Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. FedJobs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FedJobs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FedJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, lost data, or reliance on AI-generated content. FedJobs's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
FedJobs may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
